E. Grace Osadchuk Memorial Merit Scholarship in Music

This scholarship, funded by the Peggy and Bob Cowan Fund, honors long-time Midlander Dr. E. Grace Osadchuk and her support of music programs in the Permian Basin. The scholarship is made available to music students attending the University of Texas of the Permian Basin who achieve high academic standards, win a competitive recital of their peers, and are awarded a contract to perform with the Midland-Odessa Symphony and Chorale. Scholarship recipients may qualify by performance in either voice or instrument, and must perform regularly with MOSC for the duration of the scholarship.
