Permian Basin Area Foundation Board of Governors
The Foundation’s Board of Governors created the Cindy B. Jenkins Scholarship in fall 2009 to honor her 20-year service to the Foundation. Thanks to the generosity of Foundation Board, staff, family, and friends, the scholarship is awarded annually to students in a seventeen county area.

The Cindy B. Jenkins Scholarship perpetuates her passion for assisting deserving young men and women in their pursuit of a college education or vocational training.
